Great value hotel in Mount Gambier. Situated on the main through route, within easy reach of the supermarkets. Staff very friendly and efficient.
The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The service is very good. The food in the restaurant was cooked well and it has good menu options. The wine list is good, showcasing local wineries.
The only downside depending on which room you are in is, it can be noisy from the traffic.

The room was quite nice, however there was only 1 teabag in a room for 4 people, much to our disappointment this morning. Also one of the beds had no bedside table and there was a lack of power points - we had to unplug the phone and some other plug to plug in our phone chargers between the beds. The outside bed positions had no power points at all. There was 1 small towel rail and 2 hooks for 4 towels, if we were staying longer our towels would have stayed wet. Could have used a shelf in the shower for body products as the small soap holder fitted nothing else. And it was noisy from traffic on the highway outside. I was woken around 5:30am from it. There was a Tesla charger (the reason we stayed here) but we were unable to use it as we hadn't booked it and it was in use. I wouldn't stay here again.
Passing by Mount Gambier, this hotel is the only one with rooms. Ctrip confirmed the price discount quickly. When I arrived at the hotel, I found it was beyond expectations.The environment is beautiful and comfortable, opposite McDonald's. The only regret is that there is no toothbrush provided and no adapter plug.
